I have been seeing Ms. Mullins for seven months as my counselor! My initial reasoning for seeking counseling was struggling with anxiety, depression, and grieving. Throughout my journey in sessions with her she has helped me to calm my anxiety tremendously, break down the walls that kept me feeling depressed, and has helped process things to help me be at ease and peace with my past and current situations . I have seen a change in my personality, my communication, and my self esteem since being in counseling with Ms. Mullins. She is so easy to talk to and she is very transparent and helpful through every situation we discuss. I would highly recommend her as a counselor to anyone. I have even completed couples therapy sessions with her as well and my relationship has been stronger than ever. She’s amazing at what she does and really cares to see her clients grow!

Aliya Mullins was my first experience with counseling. I came in seeking help with self esteem & self confidence from years of emotional abuse. From the very first meeting, Aliya was attentive, caring, and goal oriented. Everything that took place felt like a team effort with her coaching and cheering me on in my personalized, emotional & spiritual journey. At the end of each session she helped me to set new goals that were followed up on in the next session. This helped me to “see” my growth as well on paper. I knew I wanted a Christian counselor, but I truly did not know how much I would grow spiritually through each session. I came into counseling with my focus on myself and I left with my focus on God. I’m a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor in the state of Maryland. I have 10+ years of counseling and mentoring experience.

I worked closely with women who have experienced serious trauma and have also seen their lives transformed. I aspire to help her clients see themselves as valuable, cherished, and deeply loved. It is my goal to instill in them the confidence that they can continue growing beyond the counseling relationship with the assurance they are well-equipped for the issues of life

I’m a dynamic presenter and speaker. My mission is to empower, enrich, and enlighten the life of every person I touch so they can fulfill their divine purpose with joy and peace.
